I reserve the right to reject any commission that makes me uncomfortable or violates my terms with or without explanation.

I am free to advertise completed commissions on any site as I wish for self-promotion, unless you have requested to keep it private.

You cannot alter my artwork in anyway unless discussed beforehand.

All payments are done through Paypal or Ko-fi (Stripe)

Payment must be done within a week and be paid in full

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise

I am willing to take other forms of payment through a trusted person (vouchers, gift cards etc.) Payment must be given after the sketch has been approved before I continue.

Full refunds are given only if I didn't start the lineart yet. Otherwise a partial refund will be given:

When you are refunded, only the original sketch will be provided.

The order limit is 2 commissions per person. Once all your commissions are finished, you can order 2 more.

You may provide me a sketch concept of your order

If you're not sure about a character, please send me a dm to ask! Usually it's about whether or not I can accurately translate a character's design to my style

A non-shaded fullbody reference is required. If the reference is shaded, I may reject the commission and request for a different reference or character.

I do not accept real life photographs as references. If you wish to use a drawing as reference, please ensure it is as high quality as possible. I do not accept photographed traditional drawings as reference.

I will provide updates throughout the process (sketch, colouring, background) and you will need to approve of them before I continue.

If I got something wrong in your commission (mistakes on the colouring, character markings, etc) don't be afraid to ask me for changes, I'll be glad to fix it!

If you wish to make any major changes during the commission process (character, backgrounds etc.) will require an additional fee if I have already started colouring / shading. The fee depends on the complexity of the change.

Any major changes (colours, backgrounds, characters) requested after the shading / commission is complete will be rejected (minor changes like missed details that are important are allowed)

I tend to work on similar commissions at once (e.g. first headshots then illustrations)

Smaller commissions will most likely be finished before bigger ones.

I don't do deadlines, but you can send me a date and I'll see if its possible.

General turnaround time is 4 days, 2 weeks at most. Larger commissions (e.g. animatics, illustrations) may take longer.

Keep in mind I am a full-time university student and I am not a dedicated artist, your patience is greatly appreciated!

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

You may use for my art for non-commercial purposes such as profile pictures, wallpapers, print it out etc.

Do NOT use my artwork/animations in compilations, reaction videos, edits etc or reupload them in anyway

You must ALWAYS credit me with a link to my Carrd or appropriate social media (e.g. credit my toyhouse if you're uploading the art there!)

I don't do pings or slot reserves. If my commissions are closed, please wait patiently until they open again.

When my commissions are open, I will make an announcement on all my socials a day in advance before they actually open.

These rules apply to all designs created: Customs / Gifts / Trades / Adoptables / Raffles / Freebies

You automatically agree to my terms of services when owning one of my designs.

I only accept Paypal or Ko-Fi in USD for design purchases. I do not offer refunds for adoptables, all purchases are final. Please make sure you actually want the design before offering!

For closed species, please show me a dm from the owner / admin that you have been given permission to ask me for a custom. I will double check with the owner / admin to confirm.

You may use the design for personal stories / roleplay / etc.

You may not use the design for inappropriate / sexual / any other sort of offensive endeavor.

You may co-own the design with another person.

All characters must have a toyhouse profile. You may private them, but please make sure to authorize me to their profile.

You may edit my designs as you like (change markings, add details etc.), as long as I remain credited as the original designer.

You may edit over my original artwork. However, the original files must remain attached to the character whether in a separate tab or sub gallery.

You may resell, retrade or regift the design.

Reselling: You may not resell the design for more than what you paid for.

Retrade/Regift: If you obtained a design from me by trade or gift, you may not add a price to it. It can only be traded or gifted.

If you received it through trade/gift, but the person originally bought it- you may ask them for the original price for resale.

If you wish to resell any of my designs at a higher price than what you got it for, the price depends on the value of commissioned art. The original art I drew for the character and your own art does not count towards the value.

You may not copy / steal / heavily reference / colour pick / trace any of my characters.

This includes referencing entire aspects of my characters for your own

You may replicate markings / colours for own characters as long as they don't look too similar.

In the case of a collab, both designer T.o.s. will apply and modified to suit the following:

If the design was made by me while lineart was done by x, my design T.O.S. will apply

If the design was done by x while lineart was done by me, x's design T.O.S. will apply

You may not add your own T.O.S. to the design. They must all refer back to these T.O.S. when selling / trading / gifting my designs
